Dr. Moro is a graduate of Ohio State University of Optometry. He trained and served at the Naval Hospital in Boston, MA. and the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Licensed by the State of California to prescribe therapeutic pharmaceutical agents to treat infectious and allergic eye disease and to remove foreign bodies from the eye, he also prescribes contact lenses and co-manages refractive surgery (Lasik) with numerous refractive eye surgeons. Dr. Moro has enjoyed practicing in the beautiful Monterey Penninsula since 1978. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association.
